Dry Skin Brush

This is one of my favourite self-care and health habits ever! Dry skin brushing is incredible for alleviating dry skin, softening skin, reducing the appearance of cellulite and for your lymphatic system, which supports your immune system.

Unlike your circulatory system, your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump, increasing the need for Dry Skin Brushing to help stimulate circulation, better eliminate toxins through your skin, boost immunity and get your glow on! 

I know it might look like a loofah that you use in the shower, but the intent is to use it before you shower while dry. You'll also benefit from an invigorating boost of energy!
