Kaslo Sourdough's Pasta Fermentata

I don’t eat pasta too often, but when I do, I ensure it’s of the highest quality! Best of all, Vienna LOVES it (especially with pesto!) and when your child approves, Mom and Dad approve! They have a few different varieties of semolina pasta blends including millet, kamut, buckwheat, quinoa and hemp! Kaslo is also a small mom-and-pop company, which makes me even more excited about this brand, knowing how much love and authenticity goes into the making of it!

I loaded this pasta sauce up with a ton of veggies to really increase the vitamins and minerals and make it super delicious too.
