Hi Joy, Great episode! Question on previous episode JPH012 on aging gracefully actually: i find that Asians look younger than others. Is it known why? Is there some genetics linked to it? Thanks! Florence
ReplyOh I'm sure there is a genetic link. I found this article that explains the genetic link: https://www.thejakartapost.com/life/2016/10/03/do-asians-really-age-more-slowly.html
First time listening and I'm hooked! Thank you for sharing this amazing information Joy and Jenn.
ReplySo happy to hear that Jana! Jenn is amazing! Enjoy the other episodes :)
Hi Joy, Would I see my GP about the DUTCH test? I live an a small town and wonder if he will even know what that is... Thanks!
ReplyNo this would be a test you'd need to get done through a naturopath or someone like Jenn who can offer the test. I would recommend getting in touch with her :)
how to cope and deal with Alopecia? is there any hope? should i get a DUTCH test and what other tests should i ask for? I am seeing a dermatologist for the first time Nov 6th and i would like to come to that session with a list of things to ask. Any advice would be appreciated.
ReplyI would definitely do a Dutch test. The dermatoligist is likely going to give you a prescription but that will not address the root cause. I would recommend you see a Naturopathic Doctor or a certified nutritionist. You could see if Jenn Pike is taking on new clients. I highly recommend her!
